The Finnish Postal Museum conducts research, records and exhibits items related to communications and goods traffic created by postal services and mail communications. The Postal Museum collections comprise a large number of objects and images as well as all stamps issued in Finland and various special collections of philatelic products. The Museum hosts Finland's only public library specialising in philately and postal history, where researchers, philatelists and everyone else interested has access to books and extensive archives.

The exhibition Messengers at Vapriikki will cast light on the Finnish postal services from various points of view. In addition to the history exhibition, the Museum will arrange special exhibitions of numerous topics and interesting events. We collaborate extensively with schools, preschools and adult groups.
